Kevin E. Huddell is a member of Jones, Swanson, Huddell & Garrison, L.L.C. Kevin has been practicing in the fields of land damage and property rights litigation since 2000.
Kevin graduated from Tulane Law School in 2000, earning a Certificate in Environmental Law. While at Tulane, Kevin worked as a student attorney with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, and also worked as a law clerk for the predecessor firm to Jones, Swanson, Huddell & Garrison. Prior to that, Kevin completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991, earning a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Biology; before entering law school, Kevin worked as a microbiologist and as an environmental specialist at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
Since graduating from law school in 2000, Kevin has worked extensively on the firm’s precedent-setting land-damage cases focusing on damage to wetlands and other property from oil exploration and production activities, as well as on the firm’s cases representing lobstermen and other fishermen groups with regard to damages to fisheries. In addition, Kevin brings his litigation experience to clients’ claims in the area of commercial litigation.
