Kevin E. Huddell is a member of Jones, Swanson, Huddell & Garrison, L.L.C. Mr. Huddell has been practicing in the fields of environmental and toxic tort litigation, and products liability and personal injury litigation, since 2000.
Mr. Huddell graduated from Tulane Law School in 2000, earning a Certificate in Environmental Law. While at Tulane, Mr. Huddell worked as a student attorney with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, and also worked as a law clerk for the predecessor firm to Jones, Swanson, Huddell & Garrison. Prior to that, Mr. Huddell completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991, earning a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Biology; before entering law school, Mr. Huddell worked as a microbiologist and as an environmental specialist at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
Since graduating from law school in 2000, Mr. Huddell has worked extensively on the firm’s precedent-setting land-damage cases focusing on damage to wetlands and other property from oil exploration and production activities, as well as on the firm’s cases representing lobstermen and other fishermen groups with regard to damages to fisheries. In addition, Mr. Huddell brings his litigation experience to clients’ claims in the areas of products liability and other complex tort claims.
